41 Safety case under section 53 of the Act
Divisions 4, 5 and 6 of Part 2 apply to a safety case under section 53 of the Act as if—
(a)
any reference to a facility were a reference to the supply and installation of the Type B appliances concerned; and
(b)
any reference to a gas company were a reference to the manufacturer of the Type B appliances.
