45 Standards of quality—quality of gas
For the purposes of section 33(1) and (2) of the Act—
(a)
the prescribed standard of quality for natural gas conveyed through a transmission pipeline or a distribution pipeline is set out in AS 4564; and
(b)
the prescribed standard of quality for the supply or sale of natural gas supplied to a customer is set out in AS 4564; and
(c)
the prescribed standard of quality for LP Gas supplied or sold to a customer for use in an appliance (other than LP Gas used or intended to be used for automotive purposes) is set out in AS 4670.
