25 Review by Tribunal of decision to confirm compliance notice
(1)
A defined entity may apply to the Tribunal for review of the Commissioner's decision to confirm a compliance notice under section 24(2)(c).
(2)
An application for review must be made within 28 days after the defined entity receives notice of the Commissioner's decision.
