20 Samples
(1)
The holder of an authority must ensure that any samples collected in connection with the drilling of a well are processed and stored in accordance with good industry practice.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
For the purposes of section 113(c) of the Act, the holder of an authority must ensure that any samples collected in connection with the drilling of a well, if requested by the Minister, are given to the Minister in accordance with the request.
Note
Section 113(c) of the Act provides a penalty of 60 penalty units for failing to give the Minister samples when required to do so by the regulations.
