Fees for application for approval of transfer of authority

Current

The following fees are payable for applications for approval of a transfer—

(a)

in the case of a transfer, or partial transfer, of an exploration permit, 115 fee units;

(b)

in the case of a transfer of a retention lease, 115 fee units;

(c)

in the case of a transfer, or partial transfer, of an extraction licence, 115 fee units;

(d)

in the case of a transfer of a special access authorisation, 115 fee units;

(e)

in the case of a transfer of a special drilling authorisation, 115 fee units.
