4 Interpretation and application of Act and governing instruments
s. 4
If there is any inconsistency between this Act and any other Act or the governing instrument of any public sector superannuation scheme, the provisions of this Act prevail.
If there is any inconsistency between a provision which by virtue of this Act is deemed to form part of or is to be read and construed as forming part of a governing instrument and any other provision of the governing instrument, the first-mentioned provision prevails.
