27 Regulations
The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to—
prescribing graffiti implements for the purposes of the definition of prescribed graffiti implement; and
the manner in which searches and seizures under this Act are to be carried out; and
prescribing forms; and
generally prescribing any other matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.
The regulations—
may be of general or limited application;
may differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance;
may confer a discretionary authority or impose a duty on a specified person or body or class of persons or bodies.
