25 Public submissions on draft Great Ocean Road strategic framework plan
The Minister must advertise, in any manner the Minister thinks fit—
the availability of a draft Great Ocean Road strategic framework plan for inspection; and
the opportunity for public submissions to be made to the Minister on the draft plan, indicating that all submissions will be available for inspection by the public; and
the time period for public submissions to be made, being a period of at least 2 months.
The Minister must make a copy of all public submissions made to the Minister on a draft Great Ocean Road strategic framework plan available for public inspection, free of charge, at the head office of the Department.

The Minister must consider all submissions made to the Minister within the time period specified under subsection (1)(c).

The Minister may refer any submissions that the Minister does not adopt to a panel appointed under section 26.
