117 Property of missing person
Subject to, and in accordance, with this Act and the administration (missing person) order, the administrator must—
(a)
take possession and care of, recover, collect, preserve and administer the property and estate of the missing person; and
(b)
generally manage the property and financial affairs of the missing person.
