Guardianship and Administration Act 2019

This section applies in relation to the following orders—

a guardianship order;

a supportive guardianship order;

an administration order;

a supportive administration order;

an administration (missing person) order.

VCAT must conduct a reassessment of an order—

within 12 months after making the order, unless VCAT orders otherwise; and

in any case, at least once within each 3 year period after making the order, unless VCAT orders otherwise.

VCAT, on its own initiative or on the application of any other person, may conduct at any time a reassessment of any order to which this section applies.
