188 Offence for guardian to use guardianship order dishonestly
(1)
A guardian must not dishonestly use the guardianship order to obtain financial advantage for the guardian or another person.
Penalty: Level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum) or 600 penalty units or both.
(2)
A guardian must not dishonestly use the guardianship order to cause loss to the represented person or another person.
Penalty: Level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum) or 600 penalty units or both.
