Guardianship and Administration Act 2019

As soon as practicable in each year but not later than 30 September, the Public Advocate must submit to the Minister a report on the Public Advocate's performance of the Public Advocate's functions under this and any other Act during the 12 months ending on the preceding 30 June.

The Minister must cause a report submitted under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after it is received by the Minister.
