85 Date for hearing of application for supportive guardianship order or supportive administration order
VCAT must commence to hear an application made under this Division within 30 days after the day on which the application is received by VCAT unless VCAT or the principal registrar under Division 5 of Part 4 of the VCAT Act—
(a)
requires the parties to attend a compulsory conference in relation to the application; or
(b)
refers the proceeding in relation to the application, or any part of it, for mediation.
