18 Commissioner may request more information
In order to determine how to deal with a complaint, the Commissioner may request more information from—
(a)
the complainant; or
(b)
the health service provider; or
(c)
any person who received or sought the health service (if applicable); or
(d)
any other person whom the Commissioner reasonably believes has relevant information.
