68 Offence to hinder or obstruct person executing warrant
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct a person who is executing a warrant issued under section 65.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person,
60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate,
300 penalty units.
