The following Acts of this jurisdiction do not apply to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) or to the instruments made under that Law—
the Audit Act 1994;
the Financial Management Act 1994;
the Freedom of Information Act 1982;
the Health Records Act 2001;
