Validity of acts or decisions

Current

An act or decision of a board of a multi purpose service is not invalid by reason only of—

S. 115L(a) amended by No. 52/2017 s. 53(a).

(a)

a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a director of the board; or

S. 115L(b) amended by No. 52/2017 s. 53(b).

(b)

a vacancy in the directorship of the board.
