Publication and response

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), if the Secretary is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to do so, the Secretary may publish—

(a)

a copy of a report prepared under section 128D(1); and

(b)

any response prepared under section 128D(4).

(2)

The Secretary must not publish a report or any response under subsection (1) if the report or response contains any information that identifies or is likely to lead to the identification of a person, other than role titles or specialist areas of practice, unless the person consents in writing to the publication.
