134ZDL Offence to contravene prohibition notice
S. 134ZDL inserted by No. 39/2024 s. 93.
A regulated person to whom a prohibition notice is given must not contravene the notice without reasonable excuse.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.
