(1)
The St Andrew's Hospital Act 1978 and the St Andrew's Hospital (Guarantee) Act 1978 are repealed.

(2)
The Secretary is the successor in law of St Andrew's Hospital.
New s. 177 inserted by No. 66/1998 s. 13.
