227 Application of property cy-pres not affected
Nothing in section 198(2) in relation to an Order under section 181 affects the operation of—
an order of a court for the application of property cy-pres made before the effective date of that Order; or
a scheme or authority for the application of property cy-pres sanctioned or given by the Attorney-General under the Charities Act 1978 before the effective date of that Order.
Nothing in section 214 or 215 in relation to an Order under section 214 or 215 affects the operation of—
an order of a court for the application of property cy-pres made before the effective date of that Order; or
a scheme or authority for the application of property cy-pres sanctioned or given by the Attorney-General under the Charities Act 1978 before the effective date of that Order.
