69AAE Determination to grant lease or licence under this Division to be published and tabled
(1)
The Minister must not approve the grant of a lease under section 69AAC or a licence under section 69AAD unless—
(a)
the Minister, by determination published in the Government Gazette, has given notice of his or her intention to do so; and
(b)
the determination has been laid before, but not disallowed by, either House of Parliament.
(2)
The Minister must lay the determination made under subsection (1) before each House of Parliament within 6 sitting days after it is published.
