29 Means of identifying patients
The proprietor of a health service establishment must ensure that a patient can be readily identified at all times when the patient is receiving a health service at the health service establishment by—
(a)
an identity band or other suitable device attached to the patient; or
(b)
a photograph, a copy of which must be attached to the clinical record of the patient.
Penalty: 40 penalty units.
