67 Review of sentinel events
(1)
For the purpose of ensuring the quality and safety of health services provided by a health service establishment, the proprietor of a health service establishment must ensure that a review is conducted of each sentinel event that occurs at the health service establishment.
(2)
A review conducted under subregulation (1) must be conducted in the manner and within the time determined by the Secretary.
(3)
The proprietor of a health service establishment must record the outcome of a review conducted under subregulation (1) in writing and submit it to the Secretary within the time and in the form determined by the Secretary.
