54 Regulations
The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to—
prescribing offences for the purposes of section 591 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria);
prescribing a notice that may be served under section 591 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria);
for any matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.
Regulations made under this section may—
be of limited or general application; and
leave any matter or thing to be decided by a specified person or class of person.
