110 Notice of referral to VCAT
The Minister must give notice of any referral of a matter to VCAT under section 109(2)(b) to—
(a)
the National Trust; and
(b)
the relevant responsible authority and, if the responsible authority is not a municipal council, the relevant municipal council.
