13 Committees
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, the Heritage Council may appoint committees consisting of at least 3 members of the Heritage Council and any other persons as the Heritage Council considers necessary.
(2)
A committee may—
(a)
make recommendations to the Heritage Council on any matter referred to it by the Heritage Council; and
(b)
perform any other function, duty or power given to it under this Act.
