141 Effect of recording of notice of covenant or agreement
If a notice of a covenant has been recorded under section 140—
(a)
any burden of the covenant runs with the land affected; and
(b)
the Heritage Council or the National Trust, as the case requires, may enforce the covenant against persons deriving title from the person who entered into the covenant as if it were a restrictive covenant, despite the fact that the covenant—
(i)
may be positive in nature; or
(ii)
is not for the benefit of any land of the Heritage Council or the National Trust.
