176 Approval of World Heritage Strategy Plan
(1)
The Minister, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may—
(a)
approve a World Heritage Strategy Plan adopted by the Heritage Council; or
(b)
approve the World Heritage Strategy Plan as amended by the Minister.
(2)
An Approved World Heritage Strategy Plan comes into operation—
(a)
on the date on which the notice under subsection (1) is published in Government Gazette; or
(b)
on any later date specified in the notice.
