Decision of the Steering Committee

(1)

After considering a draft World Heritage Management Plan for a listed place, any submissions and any other matters it considers relevant, and conducting any hearing, the Steering Committee for that place must adopt the draft plan with or without amendments.

(2)

The Steering Committee must give a copy of the draft plan to the Minister for approval as soon as practicable after adopting the draft plan.
