194 Appointment of inspectors
(1)
The Executive Director may appoint the following persons to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act—
(a)
a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004;
(b)
any other person with the consent of the Minister.
(2)
An appointment under subsection (1) must be in writing and signed by the Executive Director.
