Public availability requirements

In force

For the purposes of this Act, the Heritage Council or the Executive Director makes a document available in accordance with the public availability requirements if the Heritage Council or the Executive Director makes the document available—

(a)

in person in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254B; or

(b)

both—

(i)

electronically in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254C; and

(ii)

on request in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254D.
