299 Permits
(1)
This section applies to a permit application that—
(a)
was made before the commencement of Part 4 of the amending Act; and
(b)
had not been finally determined as at the commencement of Part 4 of the amending Act.
(2)
The permit application is to be considered and determined in accordance with this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 4 of the amending Act.
