Determination of the Minister

In force

(1)

After considering a report of the Heritage Council provided under section 51, the Minister may make any determination in relation to a recommendation that the Heritage Council has the power to make under Division 4.

(2)

A determination of the Minister under this section has the same effect as a determination of the Heritage Council under Division 4.
