Public availability of the Heritage Register

In force

(1)

The Heritage Council must publish and make an up to date copy of the Heritage Register available both—

(a)

electronically in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254E; and

(b)

on request in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254D.

(2)

The Executive Director must make an up to date copy of the Heritage Register available on request in accordance with the requirements set out in section 254D.
