16 Fees to amend permit application to demolish or destroy registered place or registered object
Subject to regulations 25 and 26, for the purpose of section 96(3)(b) of the Act, in respect of a permit application to demolish or destroy the whole of a registered place or registered object—
(a)
for a permit application that has not been on public display in accordance with section 94 of the Act, the prescribed fee is 20 per cent of the corresponding permit application fee set out in regulation 14; or
(b)
for a permit application that has been on public display in accordance with section 94 of the Act, the prescribed fee is 30 per cent of the corresponding permit application fee set out in regulation 14.
