14 Prohibition against removal of tissue from children
(1)
It is not lawful to remove non-regenerative tissue from the body of a living child for the purpose of the transplantation of the tissue to the body of another living person.
(2)
Except as provided by this Part, it is not lawful to remove regenerative tissue from the body of a living child for the purpose of the transplantation of the tissue to the body of another living person.
