8 Cancer screening reports
For the purposes of section 8(2) of the Improving Cancer Outcomes Act 2014—
a report of the cancer screening is in the prescribed form if it contains the prescribed information; and
the prescribed information to be included in a report of the cancer screening of the type referred to in regulation 6 is the information set out in Schedule 1.
