194 Exemption from Freedom of Information Act 1982

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to a document that is in the possession of any person or body to the extent to which the document discloses information that relates to—
a recommendation made by the IBAC under this Act; or
an investigation conducted under this Act; or
a report, including a draft report, on an investigation conducted under this Act.
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to a document that is in the possession of the IBAC to the extent to which the document discloses information that relates to—
a complaint; or
information received by the IBAC under section 56; or
a notification made to the IBAC under a mandatory notification provision; or
a preliminary inquiry.
In this section, document has the same meaning as it has in the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
