S. 82 inserted by No. 13/2012 s. 9 (as amended by No. 82/2012 s. 148(3)).
(1)
The IBAC must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
(2)
An identity card issued to an authorised officer must—
(a)
contain a photograph of the authorised officer; and
(b)
contain the signature of the authorised officer; and
(c)
be signed by the Commissioner.
