A notification or other document required or permitted by this Act to be given to or served on an enforcement agency by the Director may be given or served by lodging the document on the online platform.

A notification or other document required or permitted by this Act to be given to or served on the Director by an enforcement agency may be given or served by lodging the document on the online platform.

Subject to subsection (4), a notification or other document required or permitted by Division 3 of Part 2 to be given or served by an enforcement agency on a person who has made an application for internal review may be given or served by lodging the notification or other document on the online platform.

An enforcement agency may only give or serve a notification or other document by lodging it on the online platform under subsection (3) if the person who made the application for internal review is a person acting on behalf of a person who has been served with an infringement notice.

A notification or other document given or served in accordance with this section is taken to be given or served and received at the time the notification or other document is readily available in electronic form on the online platform and capable of being retrieved.
