1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe—
(a)
fees, costs and charges payable under the Infringements Act 2006; and
(b)
details that must be included in documents relating to infringement notices in the pre‑enforcement stage under that Act; and
(c)
the information that enforcement agencies must provide to the Attorney-General under that Act; and
(d)
other matters required or permitted to be prescribed under that Act.
