For the purposes of section 162(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed manner is by leaving the document at the last known or usual place of residence or business of the person to be served, with a person—

(a)

who apparently resides at the residence or works at the business; and

(b)

who appears to be not less than 18 years of age.
