107 Report of Formal Review
(1)
A Formal Review must deliver a report of its inquiry—
(a)
to the Premier; and
(b)
if the Formal Review was established by a Minister other than the Premier, to that Minister.
(2)
A report may contain any recommendations the Formal Review considers appropriate.
(3)
A report must be delivered—
(a)
within the time specified in the establishing instrument for the Formal Review; or
(b)
if no time is so specified, as soon as practicable after the Formal Review completes the inquiry.
