Compellability of members

In force

(1)

A person who is or was a member of a Formal Review is not compellable to give evidence in relation to the Formal Review in any criminal, civil, administrative or disciplinary proceedings.

(2)

Nothing in subsection (1) prevents a person who is or was a member of a Formal Review giving evidence voluntarily.
