Offences by bodies corporate

(1)

If in a proceeding for an offence against this Act or the regulations it is necessary to establish the intention of a body corporate, it is sufficient to show that a servant or agent of the body corporate had that intention.

(2)

A statement made by an officer of a body corporate is admissible as evidence against the body corporate in any proceeding against the body corporate for an offence against this Act or the regulations.
