27 Authorised officers
(1)
For the purposes of this Division, an authorised officer is—
(a)
the chairperson of a Royal Commission; or
(b)
a person authorised under subsection (2).
(2)
The chairperson of a Royal Commission may authorise a person for the purposes of this Division.
