41 Referral of questions of law to Supreme Court
(1)
The chairperson of a Royal Commission may refer any question of law arising in an inquiry to the Supreme Court for decision.
(2)
A referral may be made under subsection (1) at the request of any person or on the chairperson's own initiative.
