52E Author of record
(1)
A Yoorrook Justice Commission record order must specify at least one natural person to be the author of the specified record.
(2)
Nothing in a Yoorrook Justice Commission record order prevents an author of a specified record from accessing, sharing, publishing, making a copy of or using the record.
