Manner of inquiry of Formal Review

In force

A Formal Review may conduct its inquiry in any manner that it considers appropriate, subject to—

(a)

the requirements of procedural fairness; and

(b)

the establishing instrument for the Formal Review; and

(c)

this Act, the regulations and any other Act.
